DO YOU DELIVER TO CENTRAL LONDON?
We deliver throughout and around Wimbledon, Monday to Friday, all year round. We can deliver our food outside this area and will add the relevant fee to your quote. Standard delivery for food only orders is £40 in Central London – Zones 1 & 2.
DO YOU DELIVER TO CORPORATE AND OFFICES?
Yes, we do have a special team that deals with our corporate customer accounts. You can reach them at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also have a dedicated section on our website. Here is the LINK.
DO YOU CATER OUTSIDE OF GREATER LONDON?
We can organise a delivery for food orders outside Greater London. If you have a special event outside London, please drop us an enquiry well in advance of your event.
HOW MUCH FOOD SHOULD I ORDER?
This will depend on the kind of event and the number of guests. We offer a range of private and business events, working lunches and meetings where sharing boards provide a great solution. Speak to one of our team and they’ll be happy to advise.
HOW DOES THE FOOD ARRIVE?
Fresh food orders will arrive ready to serve and beautifully presented.
WHAT DOES THE FOOD ARRIVE IN?
We use a selection of wooden and galvanised platters, wrapped in clear biodegradable cellophane. We ask for a refundable deposit of £35/£50 which is returned after the trays are dropped back in our shop.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
We appreciate as much notice as possible, but for most food orders we require 72 hours’ notice.

ARE YOUR KITCHENS AUDITED?
We are independently audited by SALSA for preparation, packing, storage and distribution. Our certificate is available upon request.
DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF?
Yes, we can provide serving staff depending on your requirements. Please note we require a minimum of 10 days’ notice to organise staff for an event. At times of high demand and late notice we may not be able to fulfil the request, though we will always try our best.
DO YOU PROVIDE TASTING SESSIONS?
We do not provide tasting sessions as a normal service. However, for large corporate events and weddings, a session can be organised which will incur a nominal charge.
