"St Catherines College (Oxford University) have been enjoying the quality products supplied by V2B (Vallebona) for almost 20 years. It was the late 1990`s when I discovered Vallebona (V2B), Stefano had an article in the Telegraph about the Bottarga he supplies, from their I was introduced to his “Aladdin’s cave” of products.

We now use these products for the college Fellows on high table, for conferences banquets and to enhance student meals. Ican always rely on the charcuterie and cheeses to be consistent in quiality, Saffron Pecorino is always a hit.
