Office Manager - Flexible Hours
We are looking for an enthusiastic foodie to join our Wimbledon-based team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience within the world of luxury food.
Due to increased client demand and an expanding business, we would like to recruit an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our friendly team. Responsibilities include co-ordinating day-to-day business activities, from invoicing to dealing with customer enquiries, this is a “roll your sleeves up” kind of job.
Based at Vallebona HQ, SW19, we are open to flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
- You will have the ability to work independently and part of a small team
- Speak fluent English with an excellent telephone manner
- Be a highly organised individual
- Work with a high attention to detail
- Taking customer orders and booking/invoicing them into our system
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Build a relationship with trade customers, arranging regular phone calls
- Processing website orders and troubleshooting web maintenance
- Liaising with warehouse staff to find the best practice and resolve/prevent issues
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm weekdays
