Origin: Hokkaido

This product is a result of a harmonious marriage between organic produce from the icy cold north and warmer south of Japan. Nutritious semi dried kombu from Hokkaido (the north) is combined with soy and organic sour ume plums from Wakayama (the south). This combination creates a complex mixture of flavours that is salty, sweet and sour all in one!
