Grappa di Nebbiolo is produced from highly selected piedmontese pomace and distilled according to the traditional steam current method. The resting in oak casks gives a rich and dense grappa with a soft consistency and amber color. This grappa is enriched thanks to an harmonic olfactory panorama characterized by notes of sandalwood, morello cherry and spices.
