Hand-picked by Stefano and Naoko Vallebona, this is an incredible selection of personal favourites from their artisan range. For over two decades, they have been supplying and sharing these delicacies with prize-winning restaurants and friends at home. Now, they are sharing them with you.

 

Festino with Friends

Italians love to while away the hours together, chatting and grazing on truly flavoursome, fine foods; we call this a festino. Just unwrap your selection and arrange them temptingly for friends and family to enjoy at your next gathering; be that in your garden, in the park or at some other hideaway haven. 

 

Your Small Festino 

Serves 2; our healthy portions are for two of you to share comfortably.

- On your favourite serving board, place the creamy taleggio and delicately crumbly pecorino sardo.

- In between your cheeses, lay down the ready-sliced prosciutto.

- Drain and decant the sun-dried tomatoes and the olives into bowls.

- Drizzle the truffle honey on top of the creamy taleggio for a taste of heaven.

 

Your Medium Festino 

Serves up to 6;  there will be more than enough to share.

-On your favourite serving board, place the creamy taleggio and delicately crumbly pecorino sardo.

-In between your cheeses, lay down the ready-sliced prosciutto and coppa.

-Drain and decant the sun-dried tomatoes into a bowl and place on, or besides, your board.

-Show your guests how to dollop some artichoke and walnut bruschetta onto the Ligurian bread.

 

Your Large Festino 

Serves up to 8;  Italians love to spoil you with generous portions.

-On your favourite serving board, place your creamy taleggio and delicately crumbly pecorino sardo.

-In between your cheeses, lay down the ready-sliced prosciutto and coppa, then slice and add some salsiccia affumicata salami.

-Drain and decant the sun-dried tomatoes and the olives into bowls and place on, or besides, your board.

-Show your guests how to dollop some artichoke and walnut bruschetta, or wild thistle paste, onto the Ligurian bread.

-Now delight them with truffle honey drizzled over a chunk of pecorino sardo on top of the Ligurian bread.

 

Fresh for Weeks

Your cheese and charcuterie are freshly sliced or cut and vacuum-sealed to extend shelf life for about two weeks. They are then popped inside a thermal bag with eco-friendly ice packs, before joining your other deli delights inside a stylish black Vallebona box. It’s good enough to gift!
