Tuna Bottarga is  salted, pressed and air dried. It, alike to the mullet bottarga is considered to be the Mediterranean’s version of caviar!

Tuna Bottarga has a rich and defined taste of roe. It is stronger than Mullet bottarga and can make an incredible addition to pasta sauces or on toast with butter.
