Who doesn't like chocolate? Especially when there is prosecco too!
We are excited to be working alongside the master chocolatier Chika Watanabe.
Chika Watanabe has worked at some of the world's most prestigious hotels, including Claridge’s, The Lanesborough Hotel and The Carlton Tower. Chika was head chocolatier at Melt, London’s famous chocolate boutique. She won several awards, including the Academy of chocolate award, International chocolate award and Great Taste Award.
Both Japanese and British magazines have featured Chika as a bold chef who has brought Japanese art into a european tradition.

The day will begin at 11:00 with some Vallebona nibbles being served around 11:30. Chika will be showing guests how she makes some of her favourite and best known chocolates.
The ticket price includes a glass of chilled Prosecco to enjoy with your chocolate, a selection of Vallebona nibbles (including some of our favourite meats and cheeses) & tea or coffee.
