Chika Watanabe is a world renown chocolatiere from Japan who has worked with the likes of Claridges hotel and the Lanesborough. In fact the day before this pop up she was awarded 5 new titles at the Academy of Chocolate Awards including best newcomer and best filled chocolate (the fantastic yuzu & mint caramel filled chocolate).
She created yuzu & mint caramel filled chocolate and showed how to judge good ganache and failed ganache.
It was a pleasure to have her with us (and delicious).
