Our relationship with the chefs at the Langham is a great bond between mutual understanding for quality and exceptional produce. The team are young, fun, creative and extremely talented. Their style and sophistication in what they can produce with our Italian and Japanese ingredients is exhilarating. We have built a strong relationship with Michel Roux and Chris King, which was noticed by Conde Nast - whom then created a short film on us, highlighted the relationship between Vallebona and the great chefs that we supply to.
