At Vallebona, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver a bespoke service. Every dish is hand prepared in-house using only the finest ingredients, and can either be delivered to your door by one of the team or collected from our warehouse at a time of your choosing. Below, you will see a sample menu followed by our full offering. We hope these inspire you when creating your perfect party menu.

Our salumi is accompanied by a selection of antipasto grown in the Italian countryside; wild olives from Calabria, sundried tomatoes in fennel seeds, artichokes and wild thistle stems from Sardinia. For something extra-special, indulge in our moreish crema di pecorino, paired perfectly with our music paper bread.

GRAGNANO PASTA

The world’s best pasta is made in Gragnano, near the famous city of Naples. Here the pasta is slowly air-dried to retain its texture and flavour. The result is a pasta which is perfectly al dente every time!


We pair our authentic Gragnano pasta with fresh ingredients to create delicious pasta dishes which please every crowd.

From crunchy crackling on moist porchetta to crispy, fragrant Karaage with yuzu mayo, each dish is made at Vallebona with love, for your complete enjoyment.

PORCHETTA

A classic Norcian roast pork recipe, with super-crisp crackling that melts in your mouth. The incredibly rich and moist meat is seasoned with fennel seeds and herbs then slowly cooked to perfection every time!

KARAAGE WITH YUZU KOSHO MAYONNAISE

Naoko’s secret recipe of crispy fried, Japanese-style chicken served with a yuzu kosho mayo. First we marinate boneless chicken thighs overnight, then toss them in potato starch for a light, crispy batter. A real show-stopper!
