We could not be more passionate about food at Vallebona and we want to share the love! We have an array of wonderful ingredients in our shop which, when put together, create simple yet utterly delicious recipes. We can’t wait to tell you about our favourite products, showcase seasonal produce and let you into the secret of some of our family recipes from Italy and Japan. With this in mind, we are introducing a calendar of free tasting sessions to share our culinary know-how, food heritage and enthusiasm with our loyal customers and friends.
Come along on Saturday mornings (10.30am to 12noon) and hang out with the team in our Vineria courtyard to sample some delicious food and learn some easy recipes to delight family and friends over the weekend. Our staff are experts in our unique Italian and Japanese gastronomic experience and will be on hand to offer tips on how to get the most out of our products.
