Truffle Ramen

METHOD:

1. Boil a pack of ramen noodles in a big pan with salted water for 5 minutes and separately boil 500g of edamame according to instructions on the package.

2. Finely chop 2 spring onions

3. Drain the noodles and rinse them under very cold water until they cool down. Make sure any excess water is removed to get rid of excess starch and to give the noodles an extra bite.

4. Grab a handful of noodles and place them into 4 individual bowls. Drizzle a tablespoon of truffle soy sauce into each bowl as well as a handful of the edamame, spring onions and sesame seeds.

5. Mix well so that all ingredients are coated and adjust flavours according to taste.

6. Itadakimasu (Buon Appetito)!!
