Vallebona’s owners, husband and wife - Stefano and Naoko Vallebona are Italian and Japanese, so it made complete sense to widen our range to include Japan.
Vallebona has been sourcing incredible artisan ingredients from Italy for over 20 years. Relationships are at the heart of what we do, and Stefano Vallebona has worked hard to find unique produce of the highest quality from independent producers, as well as introducing new produce like Bottarga and Guanciale that has remained on the UK market. Naoko Vallebona, originally from Gifu prefecture in Japan has spent many Spring-break sourcing trips to find the same incredible quality, artisan Japanese products to bring back to the UK to supply chefs, restaurant and the newly opened Japan House.
We have created an interesting and unique range, which compliments our Italian produce perfectly.
