These family producers have been part of the Vallebona story since the 1920’s. Some even started by creating their sausages as a hobby for friends. The secret to incredible tasting salumi is happy pigs, grazing cows, and mountain sheep. The meats are hand pressed with herbs and spices and cured for some time to present exceptional flavours you can only find around Italy’s coastline and meadows.
