Breads, Pasta, Rice and Pizza

 

 

 

Our artisan pasta is made by small producers from Sardinia to Rome. The durum wheat is grown locally especially for these families who put a lot of love into each pasta. It is dried slowly to give more texture and flavour. There is only 2 ingredients; semolina flour and water, so our pasta will take up to 16 minutes to boil, and still be served ‘al dente’. Our incredible partially stone-baked pizzas cook in only 5 minutes!
