Placing an Order

Have a browse, find something you like and click add to cart. Once you’re ready to finish click checkout and follow the prompts. If you prefer to place your order over the phone we’re only a call away; 0208 944 5665 and we can place the order for you.

All our payments are processed through PayPal, but don’t worry you don’t have to have an account, just credit/debit card details.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Maestro, Amex - Don’t forget you'll need to make sure your billing address matches the address your bank holds or we won't be able to verify your card.

Delivery & Shipping

Our standard delivery service is next day for orders placed Mon-Thurs and this is to most UK addresses when you order before 1pm. Free delivery, minimum order £50.

If you don't want your delivery the next working-day, you can delay for as long as you like (Just leave the date in the guest comments at the checkout). We can also leave your order in a safe place if you're not going to be in (Just note down the instructions the checkout).

We love to see our customers so feel free to drop by any time Monday-Saturday 9am - 4pm and collect your order free of charge.

There are unfortunately some postcode exceptions our standard delivery service can’t reach. In these cases we can only ask that you give us a call or email and we will quote the price direct from the delivery agency.

Cancelling an Order

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, Just call us on 0208 944 5665 as soon as possible after you've ordered, and we'll cancel it for you and give you your money back.

N.B. Because we offer Next Day Delivery as standard & some items require preparation, it isn't always possible to cancel your order because our warehouse team move VERY quickly!

Your current account balance will display in the site header when you log-in. This balance includes any money you've paid in, plus any vouchers or credits added to your account.

How does Vallebona keep the prices low?
Vallebona began as a trading company to many of London’s top hotels and restaurants and we continue this today under the name ‘V2B’. This means there is no middle man like most retailers. We sell our cheese and meats directly to you from the producer so you save the difference.

How do I know the prices are genuine?
The RRP price is the price you would have to pay if it was on sale elsewhere in the UK.

Is it cheaper than buying goods in the supermarket?
We hand pick our products so you know what you buy is going to be great! Our margins are certainly lower than the supermarkets - so you should get a lot more for your money.

How do I know if the products are any good?
We've tried the wines, eaten the meats and nibbled the cheese. We have used many of our producers for over 60 years and will GUARANTEE their quality. And if you don't like them, we'll give you your money back.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most UK households.

Can I pick a delivery day / time?
YES, we send every order placed by 12:00pm out with next day delivery, but should you need it later just add the date to the guest comments instage***. Want to be even more specific, choose timed delivery in London and we will give you a 1 hour timeslot so you’re not waiting around.

What if I'm not at home when you deliver?
No worries, we will use the default delivery instructions on your account i.e. 'leave behind the wheelie bin' or 'leave with neighbours at no. 22'. If you haven’t added this we will try again tomorrow.
