1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Cut the edges, then again in half.
2. To make the sesame sauce, mix together tahini (1 tbsp), soy sauce (2 tbsp), miso (1 tbsp), rice vinegar (1 tbsp), sugar (2 tsp), and toasted, ground sesame seeds (2 tbsp). If you don't have toasted, ground sesame seeds, toast sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat until golden, then grind in a food processor.
3. Add and mix the green beans with the sesame sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame to finish.
