Our producer in Tokushima, Japan, harvests organically grown fruits such as sudachi, yuzu, ume and ginger to create wonderful preserves and syrups. He uses sugar from beetroots and apple vinegar to ensure that every product is 100% natural and free from artificial additives and preservatives. Thanks to his rigidly wholesome approach, each product is beautifully balanced to allow the essence of the fruit to shine through.
