A celebration of Euro-Japonese fusion with Yoshiko Wada, Naoko and Stefano Vallebona

A fine wine tasting followed by a lavish feast influenced by the kitchens of Europe and Japan, cooked, prepared and beautifully presented by Yoshiko.

Born in Tokyo, Yoshiko developed her love of cooking by helping her mother and grandmother prepare traditional Japanese recipes. This sparked her curiosity of flavour and ingredients, which lead her to move to London at the age of 19 to pursue cooking as a career. She started her catering company Ritsuko in 2007 where she quickly won legions of fans, all captivated by her ability to combine classic European flavours with traditional Japanese products to produce exceptionally beautiful (and tasty) plates!
