  1. Boil 500g of Spinach Cassulli
  2. Drain the pasta into a mixing bowl
  3. Stir in Funghi and truffle sauce and a tub of creme fraiche
  4. Grate 100g Parmigiano on top to serve
  5. Enjoy!
