Pesto Rosso made with tomatoes chillies capers olives and cheese. Try spreading some over a chicken breast then wrapping pancetta or parma ham over the out side slow roast it adding rice to the juices at the end. Also a useful ingredient to baste grilled fish or to be added to a tomato sauce. Try experimenting with this one lush tomato flavour. 130g
