Our most popular hamper The Carlofortean is very special to us at Vallebona as it was the home of our founding fathers. Note in particular the Smoked Tuna Fillet a typically Carlofortean catch eaten in a typically Carlofortean way try drizzling with olive oil and lemon juice teamed with a chunk of parmisan.
