Bottarga Pasta
Visitors to Sardinia will be familiar with the classic Italian recipe. If you are not try it it simply couldn't be easier. Boil the pasta grate in some Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Mullet Bottarga; mix with a dash of Olive Oil, add fresh parsley and black pepper.
