Vallebona Vegetarian
A delightful mixture of artisan antipasti grown by small producers in Sardinia. You can taste the sunshine in the sun dried tomatoes. Try stirring the funghi into a pasta dish or add to a risotto. Pat dry the artichokes from the olive oil and add to a salad or serve with charcuterie.
