Blu di Vinaccia
This is an unpasteurised cow’s blue cheese from Alto Adige. Aged for a minimum of 6 months and coated with sweet grape pressing. The result is astonishing! Very powerful aroma with an aftertaste of sweetness. Very good on its own, served with a glass of Passito di pantelleria or Marsala from Sicily. 200g approx.
