Testun Barolo

Unpastourised cow’s cheese from Langhe in Pedmont. Coated and aged in oak barrels with fresh nebbiolo grapes pressing. Nebiolo is the king of local grape and were the best Barolo and barbaresco wines is made from. Texture is firm and flavour is full and robust. Very special!! 200g approx
