A superb and rare unpasteurised goat cheese from Alto Adige. Coated and aged for 5 to 6 months with local grape pressings. Texture is firm and flavour has the distinct aroma of the mountain goat’s milk. Very tasty!Limited seasonal availability. Please contact us directly for further information.
