Crema di pecorino 200g

A Sardinian speciality, this velvety cream cheese packs a real flavour punch and is very versatile. Traditionally served on a piece of crisp music paper bread and topped with a slice of salami (see video below). It makes a fantastic dip (lovely in combination with our basil pesto) with grissini and ligurian olive bread and it will enliven any creamy sauces and soups.
