Smoked Swordfish 7 slices Crisp Green Salad 50g Chives 25g Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice of 2 lemons Black Olive Pate 2 tablespoonfuls Sea Salt 2 pinches Ground Black Pepper To make the dressing, add some E V Olive oil to our black olive pâté. Add the sliced swordfish to a crisp salad, squeeze the juice of two lemons, add back pepper, sea salt, and the black olive pâté. Finish the dish by scraping some of the lemon rind over the swordfish. |
