Tomato & Basil Sauce

A classic tomato sauce made with basil, onion and olive oil. Try baking a piece of fish in the oven with a generous covering of sauce. This sauce can also be added to a risotto to give some extra flavour or alternatively use as a simple sauce for a quick bowl of pasta. For optimum taste add the drained pasta to the sauce and coat thoroughly.
