Sicilian Red Tuna

Palermo has a long standing tradition for producing fine Blue Fin Tuna. A completely different culinary experience this tuna steak has a genuinely unique taste and colour and is a fine delicacy in Sardinia quite unlike tinned tuna across the rest of Europe. Eat alone with a tomato salad.
