2. Charcuterie

Charcuterie has its roots in pre-Roman times and the methods, skills and integrity used in its preparation remain today. Charcuterie at Vallebona is unlike the bland, over travelled and tired produce you see in the shops. We work with small producers passionate about their produce and who work using the traditional curing and smoking methods pioneered by their forefathers.

Try some of our premium ‘classic’ charcuterie, or something more unusual such as our artisan prosciuttos or salames. Our charcuterie is thinly hand sliced to allow the delicate flavours to be fully appreciated . It doesn't sit around, it is sliced, wrapped and sent by courier straight to your door.

For a more substantial serving allow 100g of our charcuterie per person, for a starter or lighter helping 50g is sufficient.
