This unpasteurised blue cheese is made from cows milk from Alto Adige, Trentino. Aged for a minimum of 6 months and coated with sweet grape pressing. It has a very powerful aroma with an aftertaste of sweetness. Superb on its own, it is even better served with a glass of Passito di Pantelleria or Marsala from Sicily.
